This site was created so that additional information, pictures and videos could be shared. This Fluffy Dog is being fostered in St. Charles, IL by Joan and Bob. They are lifelong animal lovers and have three dogs and several cats of their own. They began fostering for Fluffy Dog Rescue in December 2014. (They fostered two dogs, Patience and Phoebe, before the creation of this blog)

Welcome Tinee

Tinee arrived on Friday.  She is a sweet little dachshund.  In my opinion she's pure dachshund.  She was very shy and nervous the first day she arrived.  My daughters were able to coax her out of the crate but when she came out she would shake.  I'll tell you today is Sunday and she's doing great.  She is sleeping in a dog bed next to me while I type this.

She's doing fine with my three dogs (all much larger than she is).  She's done all her potties outside.  She loves to sit on my lap.  She will even give kisses.  Just a sweet and gentle girl from what I can tell.

We understand that she was part of a group of 30 dogs that were rescued from a situation in Alabama.  A hoarding situation I would guess.  Fluffy Dog Rescue took almost 10 of those dogs.

I will add more info as I get to know this girl better but I can tell you I'm already impressed.  I also have some video but will need to find some time to add it.

Enjoy these pictures in the mean time.

Thanks for thinking rescue!

I'll also add that Faith and Joy have been adopted (they are mentioned in prior posts of this blog).  Faith is living in a Chicago high rise and Joy now lives with a family in Wisconsin.

She will tilt her head when you are talking to her
