Here are a few more pictures for you. Also, I received an update and hear that Star continues to do wonderfully. Each day she's more active and happy. She recently completed heart worm treatment and is now loving life that she's feeling so much better. Thanks Fluffy Dog Rescue for saving yet another heart worm positive dog!
Her foster family also tells me that they no longer crate her when they leave or when they go to bed. She's fine in the house and doesn't get into mischief. (That said, I always recommend new families use a crate or a confined area for the dog until they get to know the dog well).
Please keep reading the posts below for more info on this beauty!

We don't think Star knew anything about toys, treats or bones before coming to her foster home. It's so nice to see her playing....even if she does like to chew the fuzz off the mini-tennis ball. (Since this picture I have trimmed they hair around her eyes....and she was very good about it I must say) |

She is just fine the cats in her foster home |

She adores her foster dad and likes to be right near him |

This is not Star. This is Lila...a Fluffy Dog alum who was also treated for heart worms by the Rescue. She was adopted two years ago and is doing great! She came to a soccer game with her family recently and I had to get a picture. Heartworm treated dogs go onto live a normal and happy life. |
