Lydia stayed with me for about 24 hours until my mom could pick her up. My mom and Bob will be fostering her in their home (St Charles, IL). They don't blog so I will continue to maintain this blog for them as I've done for all their foster dogs.
In the time I spent with Lydia she showed herself to be a bubbly, happy and outgoing girl. Gosh, really a great personality. She just puts a smile on your face.
She loved my daughters (11 and 13) and my husband and met our neighbor's dogs nicely. She seems young to me. I would guess no more than about 2 yrs old. Her teeth are sparkling white.
In the time she was here she did her potties outside. She slept in a crate in my daughter's room and whined for a bit but then settled down and slept all night.
I have limited time to add things to the blog right now so here are just a few pictures and some video. Double click on the pictures to see them larger. The videos are generally best viewed on a laptop or PC versus a phone.
Thanks for reading and thanks for thinking rescue!
